✅ Key Responsibilities

Possess a working knowledge of OSHA, NFPA, and ISO 45001 standards to help drive continuous improvement in site safety practices.

Demonstrate a solid understanding of local regulatory frameworks, including the Gujarat Factory Act, MSIHC Rules, and all applicable annexures and state regulations.

Act as a safety role model, promoting a proactive and accountable safety culture across all departments.

Deliver impactful employee safety training sessions with clear communication and engaging delivery.

Exhibit strong problem-solving abilities to address and resolve daily safety challenges in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Maintain accurate documentation of all safety inspections, audits, and compliance reports.

Stay updated on evolving safety laws, technologies, and global best practices, and ensure timely implementation at the site.

Coordinate confidently with regulatory authorities during inspections and audits.

Lead the preparation of submissions for national-level safety awards such as the NSC Award and similar recognitions.

Take active participation in emergency preparedness initiatives including mock drills, fire drills, and emergency response planning.

Demonstrate strong hazard identification and risk mitigation skills across various operational zones.

Maintain a proven track record of safety performance improvements through consistent actions and strategic planning.
