Essential Functions
Field Compliance and Safety Training
- Lead safety stand-downs and huddle meetings to reinforce safety protocols.
- Conduct conduct-based totally protection observations, identifying and addressing at-danger behaviors and conditions.
- Develop and deliver toolbox talks and flash reports to keep teams informed on safety updates and great practices.
Incident and Hazard Management

Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Governance, Risk, and Compliance, or a associated discipline.
Experience
- Minimum of four years of experience in Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) compliance, ideally in subject operations or transportation environments.
Additional Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Regulatory Knowledge: Strong expertise of DOT, OSHA, and EPA protection rules with the capability to use them in area operations.
- Communication & Training: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation abilities to efficiently talk safety concepts to various audiences.
- Problem Solving & Analysis: Strong analytical abilities to evaluate dangers, troubleshoot problems, and implement records-driven answers.
