What You Will Do
Your workplace support will provide you with comprehensive knowledge about site operations which includes learning both site management structures and manufacturing procedures.
Your regular reporting position will be under the RESH Manager while providing essential H&S guidance to all site colleagues. Self-autonomy allows you to develop and execute Health and Safety training while assisting in training arrangements at the site. You will develop monthly performance reports based on key performance indicators (KPI’s) and establish Health & Safety promotion systems across the site. You will help the site leadership team to complete investigations.
