Role Overview & Responsibilities
As a Health and Safety Officer, you’ll play a vital position in ensuring a safe and compliant paintings environment. Your key duties will include:
- Policy & Compliance: Develop, implement, and screen the enterprise’s health and protection regulations, techniques, and approaches.
- Workplace Safety Inspections: Identify and determine capability risks, behavior risk assessments, and record findings to senior management.
- Training & Awareness: Identify employee schooling needs related to health and protection and conduct attention sessions.
- Emergency Preparedness: Coordinate emergency reaction plans, behavior fireplace drills, and make sure the proper functioning of protection equipment.
- Incident Investigation: Investigate place of work injuries and emergencies, responding right away and successfully.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all legislative and regulatory protection requirements, behavior staff education on regulations, and offer essential help.
- Budget Management: Plan and control the protection budget efficaciously.
- Industrial Waste Management: Oversee waste management tactics in compliance with enterprise requirements.
Additional Responsibilities
- Maintain the Business Continuity Plan.

Qualifications & Experience
Required:
- Experience: three-5 years in business protection and health control.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science, with a Post Diploma/Diploma in Industrial Safety.
Preferred:
- Strong written and verbal conversation skills.
- Ability to cope with and resolve safety-related troubles effectively with extraordinary audiences.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Proven capability to advocate for and pressure safety initiatives.
