Responsibilities:

• Your responsibilities as an ES (Electrical Safety) COSS (Controller of Site Safety) RETB (Railway Electrical Test Bed) Points Operator include the following:
• Your responsibility involves protecting the health safety and welfare status of everyone who is either a staff member or under your supervision.
• Safety and Environmental practices of the company and its clients need implementation through dedicated staff.
• Your responsibilities include reporting unsecure operations while actively supporting ongoing development improvements within the organization.
• You will lead and supervise direct labor as well as subcontract personnel through effective monitoring practices.
• The delivery of projects needs to maintain its timeline schedule while staying within budget parameters and following both legislative requirements and contractual obligations and quality standards.
• The generation of professional progress reports includes the maintenance of precise documentation.
• The process includes the identification and management of alterations to the work scope.
  You are responsible for evaluating what training needs exist for the team members who report to you.

Requirements:

A successful occupational role requires an individual who possesses:

• Previous experience in a Safety Critical Environment in roles such as ES, COSS, RETB, or Points Operator.
• A valid PTS (Personal Track Safety) certificate and associated competencies for the position.
