Your Key Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll oversee the quality, occupational health and safety, and environmental management systems at our new location in Bremen. You’ll take ownership of key initiatives, optimizing and standardizing processes to shape the future of our operations.
Daily tasks include:
- Policy Implementation: Execute QESH policies in line with German regulations.
- System Maintenance: Audit and improve quality management systems through evaluations and spot checks.
- Incident Investigation: Support operational teams in incident investigations, providing guidance on legal frameworks and driving continuous improvement.
- Audits: Conduct internal and external audits, including ISO certifications, to maintain compliance.
- Regulatory Liaison: Assist local managers during inspections and audits by authorities, responding to complaints and queries.
- Team Collaboration: Promote a culture of safety and teamwork, continuously improving business performance.
What We’re Looking For
To excel in this role, you should bring:
- Strong knowledge of risk management systems, quality assurance, and incident investigation methods.
- Experience in auditing and familiarity with relevant laws and regulations.
- Knowledge of ISO standards, including ISO 22000 (essential), and either ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or ISO 45001 (preferred).
- Experience in the logistics sector (a plus).
- Fluency in German and English (mandatory).
