In this critical role, you’ll lead the way in ensuring our properties meet the highest safety benchmarks. From shaping proactive safety policies to guiding emergency response teams—you’ll be at the heart of our safety culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead HSE Compliance: Design, recommend, and implement cutting-edge health and safety policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure full statutory and regulatory compliance—both local and international.

  • Risk Assessment & Auditing: Conduct regular risk assessments and safety audits, flagging potential hazards and ensuring preventive measures are in place.

  • Training & Awareness: Deliver impactful safety training to teams, empowering them with the knowledge to act safely and responsibly in every situation.

  • Emergency Coordination: Manage and support a team of trained fire marshals and first aiders. Be the go-to person in times of crisis.

  • Incident Investigation: Investigate safety incidents with a sharp eye for detail and ensure effective corrective actions are taken to prevent future occurrences.

  • Strategic Input: Collaborate with senior leadership to embed health and safety into business planning, culture, and decision-making.

  • Legislative Monitoring: Stay one step ahead by tracking changes in international and Indian HSE regulations and ensuring ongoing compliance.

  • External Engagement: Liaise with health and safety authorities, certifying bodies, and other stakeholders when required.

  • Process Documentation: Maintain robust documentation to ensure transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Skills, Experience & What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in a health and safety leadership role (property/facilities/industrial preferred)

  • Deep knowledge of global HSE frameworks and regulations

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset

  • Proficiency with safety management software and audit tools

  • Exceptional attention to detail and process-oriented thinking

  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively across departments

  • Excellent communication skills in British English (both written and spoken)

  • Skilled in juggling multiple tasks and staying organized under pressure

  • Proactive, self-motivated, and passionate about raising the bar on safety
