General Objectives
- The HSE Specialist/RSPP receives help to develop and execute effective HSE policies together with guidelines and procedures that fulfill departmental goals.
- All HSE-related tasks and business communications deliver desired safety and health standards to match company policies at the site level and project sites.
- Cooperate with other staff to achieve the successful implementation of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certification programs. Staff members should join efforts to develop and put into action the HS&E management system framework.
Main Responsibilities
- Participate in DVR development and maintenance processes, which comprise Risk Assessment Document and Legislative Decree 81/08.
- The team members assist with maintaining and achieving both ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certification standards and company requirements.
- The organization should strive to advance its HS&E cultural standards on a continuous basis.
- The plant operational team must work together to create new updates to all procedures along with standards that impact system development.
- The QSE Manager and HSE Specialist receive assistance from this employee for planning and implementation of departmental HSE policies through coordination activities.
- The company requires members to join HSE training sessions through scheduled meetings.
- The existence of all incident/near-miss reports must undergo investigation and closure completion processes.
- Manage safety statistics reporting. The team generates regular reports concerning HSE operational performance monitoring.
- The QSE Governance Specialist and you should work together to establish HSE procedures that target specific plant requirements.
- The company runs HSE training programs that introduce all new employees to HSE systems and practices.
- As part of contractor management, the team member verifies safety documents then prepares DUVRI (Coordinated Safety Documentation) and maintains H&S coordination records.
- The supervisor coordinates all HSE operational and activity-related tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with a specialization in QHSE or related field.
- The preferred qualifications involve understanding ISO 14001 alongside ISO 45001 and HSE management system operations.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Fluent English (B2/C1 level).
