Are you passionate about workplace safety and ready to make a real impact in high-risk industrial environments? Tormans Projectsourcing is looking for an experienced HSE Supervisor to join our project teams in Belgium and Germany.
In this key role, you’ll ensure that safety procedures are not only followed but become an essential part of daily site culture. You’ll collaborate closely with engineers, project managers, and subcontractors to ensure all mechanical, piping, and lifting operations are carried out safely and efficiently.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Monitoring and enforcing strict compliance with safety regulations and procedures
- Conducting on-site risk assessments and regular safety inspections
- Advising project teams and subcontractors on all HSE-related matters
- Preparing and updating prevention plans, safety documentation, and reports
- Leading toolbox talks and daily safety briefings
- Investigating incidents and near-misses, and implementing corrective measures
- Collaborating with internal HSE teams and external regulatory bodies
Your Profile
- Mandatory: Level II Safety Advisor Diploma
- Proven experience in industrial or petrochemical environments
- Strong knowledge of HSE laws and regulations for mechanical, piping, and lifting work
- Excellent communication skills and team leadership abilities
- Proactive, hands-on mindset with critical thinking skills
- Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written)
