Your Role
- Ensure full compliance with all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) laws and internal standards ✔
- Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and implement lasting improvements
- Lead engaging training sessions that empower people to work safer and smarter
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and audits, and turn findings into actionable steps
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you’ll need a mix of technical expertise, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for team safety.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an HSE Supervisor in the Oil & Gas industry ️
- A valid Prevention Advisor Level 2 certificate (required in Belgium)
- Ability to communicate seamlessly from the work floor to senior management ️
- Keen risk awareness and a talent for quick, smart problem-solving
- Team spirit, accountability, and a positive mindset are essential
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Dutch is a strong advantage
