Mondelēz International is hiring a dedicated HSE Specialist to join its largest biscuit factory in Europe, located in Opava, Moravia-Silesia. As the plant expands with new production lines, the HSE team is growing — and looking for safety-driven professionals to lead workplace safety across development projects.
️ Key Responsibilities
- Ensure occupational health & safety (OHS), fire protection, and environmental standards are met during the construction of new production lines.
- Collaborate with teams to improve workplace safety and promote a culture of prevention and awareness.
- Identify improvement opportunities and enforce compliance with safety rules and standards.
- Create and update internal HSE documentation in accordance with legal and company requirements.
- Conduct regular safety inspections, assess current conditions, and implement corrective actions to protect employee health and safety.
- Deliver training sessions to staff on safety procedures and workplace best practices.
- Manage reporting and follow-up of occupational injuries and incidents.
What You Bring
- Education in safety engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent work experience.
- HSE qualification (BOZP certification or similar) is an advantage.
- Comfortable working with technical documentation and health & safety compliance systems.
- Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office).
- Working knowledge of English is required (written and spoken).
- Position is also open to recent graduates with a passion for safety.
