What You’ll Be Doing
- Conducting internal audits to ensure compliance with Italian legislation and client contract requirements.
- Identifying gaps and recommending corrective and improvement actions to elevate HSE performance.
- Organizing and delivering employee training and awareness sessions on workplace safety and environmental practices.
- Assisting the branch with client site inspections, verifying the accuracy of the Safety Operational Plan (POS).
- Handling the preparation and completion of documentation related to tenders and specific QHSE requirements.
✅ What We’re Looking For
- Technical diploma or university degree in Occupational Health, Safety, Environment, or Quality.
- Knowledge of key regulatory topics, especially Italian Legislative Decree 81/08.
- Previous experience in a similar role and in coordinating team members.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and major IT tools.
- Willingness to conduct site inspections and fieldwork.
- Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills with a problem-solving mindset.
