What You’ll Be Doing
As an HSE Specialist, your mission will be to help us maintain and enhance our workplace safety standards while making a real impact on the well-being of our teams and the environment.
- Support the ongoing development of occupational health, safety, and environmental systems.
- Create and oversee safety measures to minimize hazards and workplace risks.
- Conduct inspections of workspaces, equipment, and hazardous materials.
- Design and implement internal health protection initiatives.
- Maintain and update legal and authorization registers to ensure compliance.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented professional ready to drive change in our HSE practices. You should have:
- A high school diploma or degree in a technical field, preferably with HSE-specific training.
- Several years of professional experience in occupational safety.
- Formal training in occupational safety (e.g., MDAS certification or equivalent).
- Knowledge of IMS, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 (preferred).
- Strong communication skills and an independent work ethic.
- Excellent command of German, Italian, and English.
