What will you do?
- The HSE Officer position at our company holds fundamental importance to overseeing safety culture development through continuous monitoring efforts. Your everyday duties at HSE officer position differ daily yet your core responsibilities remain:
- Business operations must undergo internal inspection to guarantee satisfaction with the strictest safety requirements.
- Organization-wide communication becomes possible through your development of procedures alongside work instructions.
- Risk inventories and evaluations (RI&E) must be built and sustained for what keeps workplaces secure and healthy.
- The organization monitors HSE action items through regular follow-ups on all assigned actions.
- A crucial aspect of this role includes creating audit reports alongside preparing all needed documentation for auditing purposes.
- The team handles workplace awareness by teaching colleagues about their responsibility for both safety and sustainability.
Who are you?
Your work approach consists of focused dedication along with strong attention to details. You demonstrate initiative combined with an active determination to better all processes. Additionally, you bring:
- The candidate holds a HBO graduation certificate in combination with MVK (Middle Safety Expert) skills alongside technical expertise.
- At least 3 years of relevant HSE experience.
- Your expertise includes recent knowledge of workplace safety rules together with the environmental policy (Seveso) and crisis management (BHV).
- You have proven mastery of Dutch and English languages both for written and spoken communication.
- Strong Word and Excel skills for efficient report generation and analysis.
