As an HSE Officer, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and maintaining the safety culture that protects people and empowers progress.
What You’ll Be Doing
As part of our Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) team, you’ll help build a strong safety foundation across all levels of the organization. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Promoting safety awareness and embedding 12BS safety standards across designated departments.
- Supporting thorough incident investigations, safety data analysis, and implementation of corrective measures.
- Conducting daily safety walkthroughs and DDS (Daily Direction Setting) health checks.
- Leading internal HSE audits, team meetings, and site-wide safety campaigns.
- Collaborating on engineering projects with a focus on safety integration from the ground up.
- Driving site-wide adoption of WISE culture and selected 12BS standards.
What We’re Looking For
We’re searching for an enthusiastic and proactive professional who thrives in dynamic environments and has a deep passion for workplace safety. You’re a great fit if you:
- Hold a degree in safety, engineering, or a related field.
- Bring previous experience in a manufacturing or production setting.
- Are driven by a genuine passion for safety and continuous improvement.
- Can work both independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
- Have strong problem-solving skills and never shy away from a challenge.
- Communicate clearly, confidently, and are comfortable speaking in group settings.
- Are fluent in English; Dutch proficiency is a plus.
- Are comfortable using MS Office tools to manage documentation and reporting.
