️ What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)

Lead the implementation of GEA HSE Policies and Standards across all project locations.

Conduct regular site visits to ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and compliance with legal and corporate HSE requirements.

Track and report HSE KPIs for LPT (Local Project Team) sites, ensuring continuous improvement.

Monitor and report all incidents and accidents via Quentic software, and use data to improve site safety culture.

Facilitate site audits including material reconciliation, JMS checks, and inspections of site-procured items.

Promote a positive safety culture through ongoing training sessions, toolbox talks (TBTs), and awareness programs.

Maintain and update HSE documentation — including permits, inspections, incident reports, and daily logs.

Conduct audits for certifications, lifting operations, high-risk activities (working at height, confined spaces, LOT, hot work), and ensure proper PPE use and manual handling procedures.

Review and approve MOS (Method of Statement) and JSA (Job Safety Analysis) for hazardous activities.

Lead and organize mock drills, emergency response training, and periodic safety reviews.
Your Profile / Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (mandatory)

Advanced Diploma in Occupational Health, Safety, Environment & Risk Management

NEBOSH IGC certified
-
Industrial Safety Certification (SBTET or equivalent)

First Aid & CPR certification (preferred)

Minimum 10–15 years of on-site HSE management experience in installation or industrial environments

Deep understanding of Indian HSE legal compliance and international standards like ISO 45001 & ISO 14001

Experience working in matrix organizations is a plus
