Your Key Responsibilities

EHS Communication & Collaboration
- Lead regular meetings with location heads, HODs, and supervisors to discuss EHS themes.
- Share inspiring safety videos, global updates, and best practices.
- Foster knowledge exchange with teams across locations, including Naroda.

Reporting & Analysis
- Manage weekly, monthly, and yearly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to safety, training hours, and incidents.
- Ensure timely updates in SAP for local and global reporting.
- Oversee SESIS reporting for waste, energy, fire, and utilities.

Training & Awareness Programs
- Conduct orientation and validation for new employees.
- Provide training on ISO standards, fire safety, emergency response, and environmental conservation.
- Organize mock drills and promote ergonomic and ladder safety awareness.

EHS Audits
- Perform routine audits for fire safety, electrical safety, HVAC, and occupational safety.
- Inspect emergency exits, escape routes, and legal compliance under ISO 14001/45001 standards.

Events & Celebrations
- Lead safety and environmental events such as Safety Week, Environment Day, and Yoga Day.
- Recognize outstanding employees with rewards and celebrations.

Health & Hygiene
- Oversee health check-ups, vaccination drives, and canteen staff monitoring.
- Ensure a hygienic work environment through proactive supervision.

Accident Investigation & Prevention
- Record near-miss incidents and investigate with CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions).
- Conduct root-cause analyses for workplace accidents and property damage.

Compliance & Legal Adherence
- Ensure compliance with all EHS-related legal requirements and certifications.
- Supervise inspections of firefighting equipment and occupational health standards.

Onboarding Excellence
- Facilitate onboarding and training for new hires, ensuring they integrate seamlessly into the safety culture.
What You Bring to the Role
- Qualifications: B.Sc. in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering + specialized training in Industrial Safety or Environmental Protection.
- Certifications: Internal Auditor certification in ISO 14001/45001/50001.
- Experience: 2–5 years in safety coordination for a medium-sized organization.
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
