Key Responsibilities:
- Safety First: Uphold H&P’s core values and safety standards to ensure a safe work environment, including site operations, equipment management, and team safety.
- Compliance Excellence: Maintain strict adherence to Saudi Arabia’s health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Promote Best Practices: Champion H&P’s HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) processes, such as C.O.A.C.H, Lifebelts, written safe work procedures, and the POMS R&R Program.
- Audit & Verify: Independently review and ensure compliance with HSE protocols and safety procedures.
- Operational Support: Assist personnel during non-routine tasks and major repairs with pre-job planning and safety meetings.
- Engage & Educate: Lead onboarding, pre-tour, pre-job, and weekly safety meetings while promoting active participation in H&P’s Actively C.A.R.E. programs.
- Incident Management: Use discretion to provide injury case management and serve as the point of contact for occupational and emergency medical services.
