Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular field inspections to ensure the effective implementation of QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental) standards and requirements.
  • Ensure full compliance with approved project EHS (Environmental, Health & Safety), BCM (Business Continuity Management), and Quality Plans, as well as all applicable regulations.
  • Perform frequent inspections of work sites based on a pre-defined schedule to monitor Quality and HSE aspects.
  • Regularly inspect vehicles and equipment to ensure they operate with the necessary permits, licenses, and adhere to specifications and industry standards.
  • Verify the availability, condition, and completeness of safety equipment at all operational sites.
  • Carry out assigned tasks in line with the EHS and quality monitoring systems, and other duties as assigned by the direct manager.
  • Report and communicate any incidents, deficiencies, defects, non-conformities, or violations to the respective manager(s) promptly.
  • Perform required measurements or calibrations to ensure adherence to EHS and quality requirements.
  • Compile and submit detailed inspection reports to the respective manager(s), highlighting observations related to service quality and identifying potentially hazardous issues for corrective action.
  • Prepare and submit various HSE reports and checklists, including accident/incident reports and Near Miss reports, to the direct manager for review.
  • Ensure all personnel on-site wear the appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Conduct Toolbox Talks and provide training and awareness sessions to field staff on all QHSE matters, as per a pre-defined schedule.
  • Support internal and external audits as required, ensuring full cooperation and compliance.

Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health Pest Control, Entomology, Agricultural Science, Plant Protection, or any relevant field, along with NEBOSH IGC or an equivalent qualification.
  • Certified First Aider.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the environmental services industry, preferably in public health pest control, with a proven track record as a QHSE Supervisor.
