Procter & Gamble is offering an exciting opportunity for an HSE Engineer Apprentice to join its state-of-the-art production facility in Blois, Centre-Val de Loire, France. This is one of the largest shampoo production plants within the P&G group, producing over 2 million bottles per day for world-renowned brands such as Head&Shoulders®, Pantene®, Herbal Essences®, Aussie®, and Old Spice®.

Key Responsibilities

  • Chemical Risk Classification: Identify and categorize chemical risks across the site to ensure regulatory compliance and workplace safety.
  • Training Content Development: Design engaging HSE training materials to raise employee awareness and understanding of critical safety protocols.
  • On-Site Safety Tools: Develop and implement practical support tools that help production teams apply safety procedures effectively on the shop floor.
  • Standardization Projects: Participate in broader safety initiatives focused on harmonizing safety standards and fulfilling legal obligations.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Currently enrolled (or planning to enroll) in a Bac+4/Bac+5 program in industrial engineering, process safety, risk management, or HSE.
  • Basic knowledge of chemical risk classification is preferred.
  • Fluent in French; working knowledge of English is required.
  • Strong initiative with a proactive, leadership-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills with a positive, collaborative attitude.

Contract Details

  • Type: Apprenticeship (2 to 3 years)
  • Work Schedule: Full-time, daytime hours
