What You’ll Do as Our HSE Engineer
As the HSE Engineer, you’ll take the lead on managing all aspects of our on-site health programs. From supporting workplace injury prevention to coordinating wellness initiatives and responding to medical emergencies, you’ll play a key role in shaping a proactive health and safety culture across the site.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering primary healthcare services and managing both work-related and non-work-related injuries and illnesses.
- Driving preventive health and wellness programs aimed at reducing workplace injuries and promoting employee wellbeing.
- Providing immediate emergency response and stabilization in critical situations such as trauma or illness.
- Supporting the development and rollout of health-related policies and Standard Operating Procedures, including employee training.
- Overseeing the maintenance and legal compliance of medical equipment and supplies, including administering and safely disposing of medicines.
- Conducting risk assessments for occupational health concerns and putting preventive measures in place to control them.
What You Bring to the Table
To succeed in this role, you’ll need a strong blend of healthcare expertise and safety management experience — especially in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
We’re looking for:
- A qualified medical practitioner (Doctor or Nurse) with experience in Occupational Health.
- A degree or diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Injury Management, Workplace Ergonomics, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with OHS compliance, injury management, and rehabilitation practices.
- In-depth knowledge of Workers Compensation laws and Injury Management regulations.
- A proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for protecting and empowering people in the workplace.
