Key Responsibilities:
- Support regional branches with daily HSE tasks including risk assessments, incident investigations, and safety meetings.
- Lead and monitor corrective action plans following audits.
- Leverage company HSE tools to identify areas for performance improvement.
- Monitor team performance and implement support strategies where needed.
- Collaborate with local directors to develop and promote safety culture initiatives.
- Conduct ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 audits across the region.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar HSE role with regional/multi-site exposure.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to enforce health and safety policy.
- Understanding of technical environments — experience in the elevator or vertical transport industry is a plus.
- Ability to work across departments, educate teams, and lead with influence.
- A hands-on, proactive mindset with a collaborative spirit.
