About the Role
As an HSE Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our global safety culture. You’ll investigate safety incidents, analyze observations, and translate data into meaningful, preventive actions. Your insights will directly contribute to continuous improvement in workplace safety.
This isn’t just a desk job—you’ll be a key communicator within our international service network, ensuring safety matters are understood and acted upon. You’ll collaborate with our central HSE team to maintain up-to-date legal and internal safety documentation and represent the department in internal and external safety meetings.
As a valued member of the Elopak Global Safety Team, you’ll work independently yet collaboratively, contributing to a shared vision of excellence in HSE.
Your Background
- A technical degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, paired with formal HSE training or hands-on experience as a Safety Officer or HSE Engineer.
- Previous work in mechanical engineering, filling machines, or food/beverage/packaging industries is a strong plus.
- Willingness to travel frequently across Central Europe (approx. 50%).
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are an advantage.
- A valid EU driver’s license is required.
