️ Key Responsibilities – HSE Coordinator Job
- Monitor day-to-day site activities for compliance with all HSE policies and procedures.
- Conduct risk assessments and safety inspections to identify potential hazards.
- Investigate incidents/accidents and compile detailed reports with corrective actions.
- Provide toolbox talks and HSE training for site personnel.
- Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) across the site.
- Maintain up-to-date and compliant HSE documentation.
- Coordinate with client HSE reps and site leadership on safety-related issues.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Degree or Diploma in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an HSE role, preferably in oil & gas or industrial projects.
- Strong understanding of HSE legislation, risk assessment techniques, and incident analysis.
- NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent safety certification (preferred).
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
