As an HSE Coordinator, you’ll be the heartbeat of our health, safety, and environmental efforts. From ensuring fire and occupational safety standards to coaching our teams and managing audits, your work will help shape a safe, sustainable, and compliant work environment.
✅ What You’ll Be Doing
- Champion HSE and CSR policies across the logistics floor
- Develop and update Risk Inventories & Evaluations (RI&E)
- Perform workplace safety assessments and contribute QHSE insights to process improvements
- Conduct inspections and lead internal/external audits
- Monitor compliance with all relevant HSE laws, regulations, and standards
- Deliver impactful safety training, instruction, and hands-on guidance to teams
- Advise and support site management on HSE strategy
- Collaborate in a multi-disciplinary safety team alongside our partners and clients
Who We’re Looking For
You’re not just checking boxes—you’re passionate about creating safer, smarter workplaces. You take initiative, lead with confidence, and inspire others with your practical mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.
We’d love to meet you if you have:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Safety, Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or a related field
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in HSE—ideally within logistics or supply chain environments
- A solid understanding of international HSE standards and compliance frameworks
- Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English
- Availability for a minimum of 32 hours per week (40 hours preferred)
- A team-first attitude, structured working style, and a sharp eye for detail
