HSE Strategy & Implementation
- Collaborate with website-unique business units to broaden and execute HSE initiatives.
- Work with senior control to finish the Consensus and Commitment shape, acknowledging requirements and figuring out Key Stakeholders.
- Partner with assigned Key Stakeholders to define specific HSE necessities primarily based on operational methods.
Training & Documentation
- Support the development and implementation of HSE training applications. Provide schooling whilst relevant.

Risk Assessment & Compliance
- Facilitate non-stop HSE recognition and development through risk assessments.
- Conduct instant Safety Incident Assessment Reports for pronounced accidents, illnesses, and near misses.
- Complete danger exams for brand spanking new device and techniques as required.
- Perform monthly Facility Risk Assessments for website-precise operations.
- Support product exposure evaluations and environmental sampling as needed.
- Carry out everyday regulatory inspections and review current HSE hazard checks primarily based on operational adjustments or scheduled updates.
HSE Culture & Employee Engagement
- Promote a secure and healthy paintings environment for all personnel, visitors, and contractors.
- Act as a liaison between Almac employees, management, and HSE leadership to address issues and observations.
- Participate in HSE attention tasks, which include monthly employee committee conferences.
Regulatory Compliance & Support
- Maintain understanding of applicable OSHA, EPA, DEP, and DOT regulations relevant to Almac operations.
- Accumulate and put together RCRA-regulated waste for shipping and disposal.
- Oversee inventory and renovation of website online-unique HSE resources.
- Ensure calibration and protection of HSE device.
- Respond promptly to consumer inquiries and help with HSE audits.
- Maintain web page- and business-particular regulatory documentation.
Qualifications:
Required:
- High School Diploma (HS) or GED.
- 2+ years of realistic HSE experience with an HS Diploma or GED.
- Internship revel in with a Bachelor of Science Degree.
- Knowledge of 29 CFR 1910 policies.
Preferred:
- Bachelor of Science Degree in a associated subject.
- five+ years of HSE revel in with an HS Diploma/GED.
- 2+ years of HSE enjoy with a Bachelor of Science Degree.
- Experience in Pharmaceutical/GMP environments.
