Your Role
As an HSE Coordinator, you will oversee, evaluate, and improve safety measures across our organization. You’ll provide strategic support and guidance to management teams at all levels while fostering a culture of safety throughout the workplace. By seamlessly integrating safety practices into daily operations, you’ll help enhance safety awareness and ensure the smooth realization of our energy transition goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Safety Strategy Implementation: Translate corporate safety strategies into specific goals and actionable plans tailored to the location.
- Risk Analysis: Analyze safety-related issues, take proactive measures, and create a safer work environment.
- Incident Investigation: Lead investigations into unsafe situations, incidents, and trends using proven methodologies. Promote a proactive safety culture with a human-centered approach.
- On-Site Presence: Be physically present during incidents, participate in in-person meetings, and maintain visibility on the work floor.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Build relationships with KAM colleagues at contractors to ensure a safe and productive partnership.
- RI&E Execution: Conduct building-related Risk Inventory and Evaluations (RI&E) in collaboration with the HSE site lead.
Your Profile
You’re an inspiring coach with exceptional communication skills, capable of motivating others to prioritize safety and quality. Your analytical mindset allows you to identify trends and implement meaningful improvements. Here’s what you’ll bring:
- A bachelor’s degree, preferably in Safety Sciences (HVK).
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience in a technical environment (preferred).
- Strong coaching skills and the ability to work with diverse educational backgrounds.
