What you’ll do:

  • The HSE Manager directly supervises you as you join the Risk & Compliance team at this organization.
  • You will become part of multiple HSE responsibilities following your recruitment.
  • The team must develop, execute, and maintain the HSE management system with reference to national and international regulations.
  • The company must monitor health and safety and environmental regulations for continued operation according to established standards.
  • HSE Risk Assessments (DVR) need to be conducted to establish safety measures that will lower the risk of accidents and injuries.
  • The HSE staff should lead activities to provide training and coordination for staff education about HSE.
  • The team will execute internal HSE assessments and assist the competent authorities during their inspection activities.
  • An organization should investigate all incidents alongside near-miss occurrences to create corrective and preventative procedures.
  • Work with internal staff members to build safety awareness and environmental guidelines within the company.
  • The company’s HSE performance will be under continuous monitoring and evaluation to generate regular reports for management.
  • Your task is to back ongoing projects that cut environmental harm while strengthening safety standards.

Who you are:

  • Your extensive 4-5 years of experience working in the HSE sector matches industry requirements alongside the qualifications needed according to Art. 32 of Legislative Decree 81/2008 for ASPP.
  • You possess either a Safety Engineering degree together with an Environmental Engineering background or Prevention Techniques specialization or equivalent education.
  • Your understanding of Health Safety and Environment (D. Lgs. 81/2008 and D. Lgs. 152/2006 as well as ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 50001) national and international laws stands at an excellent level.
  • Your background includes experience of HSE inspection administration and establishing relationships with official authorities.
  • You possess fluent command of English alongside Italian for both speaking and writing.
  • A high degree of focus on positive results and solving problems defines your work approach
  • Your ability to tackle shifting work environments alongside intricate circumstances is well-developed.
  • You should be willing to travel both within Italy and across national and international borders.

Preferably, you also have:

  • Your expertise includes receiving specialized HSE certifications including RSPP while being qualified as
  • Lead Auditor ISO 14001/45001 and A.S.R. 2011 Trainer.
  • Previous experience in the retail and/or logistics/manufacturing sector ;
  • The candidate should have experience in safety and risk management software systems with additional value from knowing the “Zucchetti Safety” platform.
