An exciting opportunity is available for a dedicated Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) professional seeking a meaningful role in London.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the annual health and safety planning cycle, ensuring smooth implementation and effective delivery.
- Contribute to the review and refinement of internal health and safety policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular sample inspections and internal audits to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
- Offer accurate, up-to-date advice and guidance on health and safety issues to colleagues across the organization.
- Assist in planning and executing structured audits and site inspections to ensure safe operational standards.
- Promote a proactive and positive health and safety culture throughout the business.
- Provide coaching and support to line managers during the risk assessment process, ensuring thorough and practical evaluations.
- Support incident reporting and investigation processes, helping to identify root causes and prevent recurrence.
- Contribute to the development of internal training materials and the annual training plan, including in-house course delivery.
- Oversee the administration of the lone-worker safety system and the DSE (Display Screen Equipment) assessment process.
Essential Skills & Experience
- A minimum of 12 months of hands-on experience in a Health & Safety Advisor role, preferably within a corporate setting.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver engaging and informative Health & Safety training sessions.
- Practical experience in conducting Display Screen Equipment (DSE) assessments.
- Knowledge and hands-on experience in carrying out Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH) assessments.
- Holds a NEBOSH General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety.
- Possesses an IOSH Managing Safely certification.
