Key Responsibilities
- Act as the go-to expert for all health and safety matters across multiple sites in Battersea.
- Draft clear, actionable policies and guidance documents aligned with best practices in workplace safety.
- Support the consistent integration of health and safety protocols across daily operations.
- Deliver training and awareness sessions to empower managers and team leaders in fulfilling their safety obligations.
- Lead the development and approval process for HSE risk assessments, ensuring each one is fit for purpose.
- Collaborate closely with the Health & Safety Officer within the Estates and Facilities Team for aligned execution of safety strategy.
