What the Role Involves
As a Health & Safety Officer, you will:
- Collaborate with the H&S Manager to identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks within the logistics operation.
- Actively participate in Safety Committee Meetings for both DHL and our customers, taking a leadership role to drive standards and implement actionable steps.
- Ensure compliance with the latest health and safety policies and regulations.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance site safety.
- Conduct audits, risk assessments, and coaching sessions to uphold high H&S standards in a warehouse environment.
