Key Responsibilities
- Monitor alignment with ISO 45001 and ISO 45003 standards across multiple departments.
- Participate in workplace safety inspections and follow through on corrective action tracking.
- Assist in building and launching safety initiatives aimed at preventing incidents before they occur.
- Support coordination of risk assessments and development of preventive strategies.
- Contribute to designing safe workplace practices and preparing training materials.
- Stay updated on global health and safety regulations and contribute insights as needed.
- Help facilitate training sessions and awareness campaigns to strengthen safety culture.
- Provide assistance in emergency response planning and first aid readiness.
- Support incident reporting and conduct trend analysis to recommend improvements.
- Participate in ergonomic assessments and job safety evaluations alongside relevant stakeholders.
- Collect, organize, and help analyze key health and safety metrics for ongoing reporting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or a closely related field.
- Foundational understanding of international health and safety protocols.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and clear communication abilities.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, cross-functional, remote-first environment.
- Experience in data management, performance tracking, or compliance documentation.
- Familiarity with ISO 45001 and ISO 45003 frameworks is an advantage.
- Interest or experience in safety practices tailored to remote or globally distributed teams is a strong plus.
