Role Overview
As an EHS Specialist, you will help engineering offerings, production tasks, and validation/compliance services via making sure adherence to EHS rules and rules. This position involves conducting site visits, auditing assignment compliance, and imparting regulatory steerage to maintain a safe work surroundings.
Key Responsibilities
- Support creation project groups with subcontractor qualifications, safety plan development, implementation, and regulatory compliance.
- Research EHS guidelines and assist with creation website online compliance.
- Conduct site visits to assess and ensure compliance with EHS requirements.
- Perform EHS audits and inspections at IPS venture web sites, documenting findings and assisting with corrective actions.
- Provide on-website online EHS help for initiatives requiring continuous oversight.
- Review and examine Job Safety Analyses (JSAs) developed by using subcontractors.
- Assist in recording and reporting safety metrics and compliance records.
- Plan and take part in EHS meetings and provide administrative aid as wanted.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 5+ years of safety enjoy within the creation enterprise.
- Strong know-how of production protection practices, such as fall protection, trenching and shoring, crane lifts, steel erection, warm work, constrained space safety, and emergency planning.
- In-depth know-how of OSHA and different country and federal protection regulations related to construction.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in pharmaceutical Design/Build/Validation strategies.
- Strong analytical thinking, trouble-solving, communication, and group-constructing skills with a stable work ethic.
