Key Skills:
- EHS Expertise: Comprehensive understanding of Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards, including NEBOSH Diploma (Level 6) or Post-Graduate certification in OSH from CLI or RLI.
- Leadership & Coordination: Ability to assist project leadership in EHS management, act as the EHS Representative, and ensure compliance with L&T standards and local regulations.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Educational Background: B.Tech/BE or equivalent in Engineering.
- EHS Certifications: NEBOSH Diploma (Level 6) or a Post-Graduate qualification in Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) from recognized institutes like CLI or RLI.
Job Responsibilities:
- EHS Management Support: Assist the Project Head in effectively managing EHS practices and ensuring compliance.
- Representation: Serve as the EHS Representative for the project, acting as the key liaison for all EHS-related activities.
- Compliance Monitoring: Oversee, monitor, and report contractor activities to ensure adherence to L&T standards, procedures, and applicable legal frameworks.
- Risk & Safety Assessments: Conduct EHS audits, inspections, HAZOP, HAZID, and comprehensive risk assessments (static and dynamic).
- Training & Reporting: Perform training needs analysis (TNA), root cause analysis, and prepare detailed EHS impact assessments and reports.
- Policy Implementation: Drive the implementation of safety policies and ensure effective communication across all levels of the project.
