Your Key Responsibilities

  • EHS Oversight: Manage Safety & Health, Environmental, Facility Security, Business Continuity, and Asset Conservation processes.
  • Compliance Management: Ensure adherence to OSHA, EPA, DOT, and Kraft Heinz standards.
  • Data-Driven Improvements: Analyze documentation and reporting trends to implement impactful improvements.
  • Policy Development: Collaborate on EHS policies that reflect current processes and drive compliance.
  • Training Coordination: Work with Plantwide Trainers to maintain up-to-date and effective EHS training programs.
  • Incident Management: Investigate incidents, perform root cause analyses, and manage action plans.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive sustainability initiatives, waste reduction, and recycling program enhancements.
  • Regulatory Reporting: Complete and manage required reports in compliance with corporate and regulatory standards.

Qualifications We’re Looking For

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Safety and Environmental Management, Industrial Hygiene, or equivalent (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in EHS roles.
  • Certifications (Preferred): ASP, CSP, CHMM, OSHA 30-Hour Training.

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Strong understanding of OSHA, EPA, and DOT regulations.
  • Familiarity with management systems like ISO 14001.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows Operating Systems.
  • Excellent organizational, decision-making, and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
