Responsibilities

  • Conduct protection schooling periods and ensure compliance with OSHA rules.
  • Maintain a sturdy presence on the floor, attractive with employees to promote safe practices.
  • Audit lockout/tagout processes and constrained area entries to ensure right implementation.
  • Review diverse work allows and make certain ongoing compliance with safety requirements.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing supervisors to decorate audit approaches.
  • Perform habitual safety audits thru direct observation.
  • Manage safety inventories and behavior device inspections.
  • Provide focus-level education on more than one protection subjects for on-website online personnel.
  • Support worker exposure sampling (e.G., noise stages, respiratory protection).
  • Identify emerging protection risks and contribute to systemic solutions.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

  • Ability to observe safety protocols even as operating in a laboratory environment with dangerous materials.
  • Capable of running in excessive-hazard situations, which include intense temperatures, restricted areas, expanded regions, and noisy environments.
  • Willingness to put on Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), together with a hard hat, safety glasses, metal-toed boots, listening to safety, Level A match, and a full-face respirator.
  • Physically capable of stand, stroll, take a seat, climb, balance, slump, kneel, crouch, move slowly, and ascend stairs and ladders exceeding one hundred feet.

Required Qualifications

  • High college diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in an business setting, preferably production.
  • Strong know-how of OSHA policies.
  • Passion for place of job protection and fitness.
  • Experience with public engagement, schooling, and talking.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Technical or bachelor’s degree in Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Health, or a associated discipline.
  • Experience engaging in safety schooling in an business manufacturing placing.
