️ Key Responsibilities

Design & Execute Safety Programs: Develop and manage comprehensive HSE programs aligned with Indian and international regulatory standards.

Conduct Risk Assessments: Proactively identify hazards and apply risk mitigation strategies at project and site levels.

Develop HSE Policies: Draft, update, and enforce safety protocols, SOPs, and compliance documents.

Deliver Employee Training: Conduct safety inductions, refresher sessions, and toolbox talks across departments.

Incident Investigation: Lead root cause analysis for workplace accidents and recommend corrective/preventive actions.

Ensure Compliance: Monitor compliance with OSHA, NEBOSH, and local regulatory frameworks.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with operations, HR, and engineering teams to integrate safety practices into daily workflows.

Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate logs of audits, incident reports, training attendance, and compliance records.
Candidate Requirements

Educational Background: Diploma in Industrial Safety / ADIS / NEBOSH / OSHA Certification or equivalent.

Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in an HSE leadership role, preferably in infrastructure, power, or construction sectors.
