What Will Your Responsibilities Be?
- Identify and define high-impact priority areas across QHSE domains.
- Initiate and drive continuous improvement projects for current systems, procedures, and safety standards.
- Lead, coordinate, and oversee QHSE audits, including those involving clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Act as the main communication point for actions and results with internal teams and external regulatory bodies.
- Create and manage actionable QHSE dashboards that track KPIs, incident rates, corrective actions, and associated costs.
- Ensure full documentation control over QHSE systems and keep all procedural materials updated and audit-ready.
- Design and implement the site’s QHSE training plan—and facilitate sessions when required.
What Profile and Skills Are Required?
- At least 5 years of hands-on QHSE experience, preferably on maintenance or operational sites within oil & gas, chemical, or petrochemical industries.
- Strong working knowledge of at least one ISO standard: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or ISO 45001; familiarity with MASE framework is a plus.
- Proven track record managing or participating in internal and external audits, and maintaining ISO-certified QHSE systems.
- In-depth understanding of HSE legal requirements and capacity to support field operations with on-the-ground compliance guidance.
- Proficient in creating reports, analyzing incident data, and communicating findings to leadership and external agencies.
- Willingness to travel to various project locations across France as needed.
