Minimum Requirements
- Engineering or Science degree from a recognized institution.
- NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent is mandatory—this is a non-negotiable core requirement.
- Additional safety certifications such as OSHA, IOSH, or similar internationally recognized qualifications.
- At least 12 years of professional experience in environmental health and safety (EHS), with a minimum of 6 years in a leadership role on global mega-projects.
- Strong belief in proactive, system-driven EHS management approaches—structured, detailed, and disciplined.
- Fluent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
- Comprehensive understanding of all facets of construction safety, with deep expertise in at least one area such as excavation, scaffolding, or heavy lifting operations.
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and interpersonal relationship-building skills.
- Physically capable of spending significant time in the field—this is not a desk-bound position.
- Ability to operate within a multinational matrix structure, collaborating across multiple cultures and reporting lines.
- Willing to travel extensively and work in remote or undeveloped regions.
Preferred Advantages
- Previous involvement in industrial gas plant projects, particularly within Saudi Arabia, is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) project management methodologies.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license.
