️ Key Responsibilities
- Manage all on-site HSE activities, ensuring full compliance with project requirements and UAE regulations.
- Develop and implement risk assessments, safety procedures, and emergency response plans tailored to site conditions.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to address HSE matters effectively and proactively.
- Conduct routine safety audits, inspections, and thorough incident investigations with corrective tracking.
- Mentor and train junior staff while providing strong HSE leadership across site teams.
- Maintain up-to-date HSE documentation in accordance with PMC guidelines and project deliverables.
- Promote and maintain a proactive safety culture across all phases of project execution.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 18 years’ HSE experience in the oil and gas industry.
- Proven history of leading HSE efforts on upstream and downstream mega-projects.
- Extensive experience in PMC roles and coordinating with international EPC contractors.
- Strong understanding of OSHA, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and other global HSE standards.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
