How You’ll Make an Impact

What You Bring to the Team
- A degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a similar field.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in HSE roles within the industrial or energy sector.
- Deep knowledge of safety laws, environmental regulations, and international best practices.
- Experience in risk assessments, hazard control planning, and safety program implementation.
- The ability to analyze safety performance data, generate insightful reports, and influence data-driven decision-making.
- Confident public speaking and writing skills to conduct training, engage teams, and communicate safety expectations clearly.
- A proven ability to lead by example and cultivate a workplace where safety and environmental responsibility are top priorities.
