About the Role
✅ Key Responsibilities
- Implement all Nestlé EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) policies in compliance with company standards.
- Conduct safety inspections and risk evaluations to identify and reduce hazards.
- Investigate and document incidents, analyze causes, and recommend corrective actions.
- Perform ergonomic assessments and suggest improvements to minimize discomfort or injury.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance safety practices and reduce accident rates.
- Deliver safety training sessions tailored to team needs and operational risks.
- Prepare and maintain up-to-date emergency response and evacuation plans.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 45001:2018 standards at all times.
- Follow Nestlé’s EHS rules and procedures consistently throughout working hours.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma in Occupational Safety, Risk Management, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in health and safety roles.
- SAFETY Kawader certification (mandatory).
- Additional certifications such as OSHA, NEBOSH, or equivalent HSE/OSH credentials are a plus.
