About the Role
As a Fire Safety Officer, you’ll be at the frontline of safety and emergency readiness. Your mission is to ensure smooth operations within the Engineering Department while supporting all other hotel departments. You’ll help deliver consistent, high-quality service while implementing critical fire prevention and safety protocols.
✅ Key Responsibilities

Monitor and enforce fire safety standards throughout the hotel premises

Conduct regular fire drills, inspections, and emergency response training

Collaborate with department heads to ensure safety compliance across operations

Respond swiftly and effectively to any fire-related incidents or alarms

Maintain fire equipment, logs, and emergency systems in top working order
Qualifications & Experience
To thrive in this role, you should meet one of the following:

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in fire safety, emergency response, or fire prevention—preferably in a hotel or large complex with a central plant

A college diploma or technical school certification in fire safety or a related field

6 months to 1 year of relevant experience or training

Or an equivalent combination of education and experience
