Position Summary
We are hiring an experienced HSE professional to support the safe execution of Drilling & Completion operations in both onshore and offshore Upstream Oil & Gas projects. This role is ideal for candidates seeking HSE Jobs in India who are passionate about safety, compliance, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement HSE strategies, policies, procedures, and best practices across Drilling & Completion operations.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations like OMR, OISD, PESO, PCB, etc.
- Develop and execute HSE Bridging Documents, Emergency Response Plans (ERP), and Annual HSE Plans.
- Lead safety campaigns, emergency drills, inspections, and audits as per project HSE plan.
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly HSE performance reports.
- Conduct internal safety meetings and participate in client-led monthly HSE reviews.
- Perform Hazard Identification and Risk Assessments (HIRA) with effective control implementation.
- Promote a “Stop Work” culture and empower workers to report unsafe activities.
- Coordinate with clients and subcontractors on all HSE-related matters.
- Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and implementation of CAPA.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in HSE roles within upstream oil & gas (onshore/offshore).
- Languages: Fluency in Hindi and English (reading, writing, speaking).
- Mobility: Willingness to relocate based on project needs across India or internationally.
Educational Qualifications
- M.Tech in HSE / Industrial Safety
- B.Tech in Fire & Safety / Industrial Safety
- Engineering or Science Graduate + Diploma in Industrial Safety
