Key Responsibilities
Safety Compliance
- Monitor every day operations to ensure compliance with protection regulations, procedures, and rules.
- Conduct regular protection assessments and inspections within the assigned vicinity.
- Identify and report dangerous conditions or behaviors directly.
Safety Advocacy
- Act as a protection ambassador through promoting and reinforcing a tradition of safety in the group.
- Provide steerage and help to crew members on protection satisfactory practices.
- Lead via instance in adhering to PPE requirements and other safety measures.
Incident Prevention & Reporting
- Identify capacity risks and help in imposing corrective actions.
- Report near-misses, incidents, and unsafe behaviors at once.
- Support investigations and root motive analysis of administrative center incidents.
Training & Communication
- Serve as a bridge among manufacturing and safety groups to ensure alignment on protection goals.
- Participate in protection education and share key learnings with the group.
- Assist in implementing and tracking protection tasks and packages.
Continuous Improvement
- Suggest upgrades to approaches, equipment, and practices to decorate workplace protection.
- Collaborate with production leaders to combine safety into every day operations.
- Track and record progress on protection compliance and projects.
