Job Description
Training & Awareness
- Develop and deliver HSE education applications for employees, contractors, and stakeholders to foster a lifestyle of safety, health, and environmental awareness.
- Conduct meals safety training for culinary crew individuals and workforce coping with meals services.
Safety Inspections & Audits
- Perform everyday protection inspections and audits of facilities and gadget to make sure compliance with protection rules and industry standards.
- Identify non-compliance troubles and propose corrective actions.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Collect and examine HSE performance statistics, producing reports to perceive trends and regions for development.
- Present key findings and corrective movement plans to management.
- Prepare monthly audit dashboards and percentage insights at some point of control conferences.
Collaboration & Communication
- Work intently with renovation, operations, and management teams to integrate HSE fine practices across the agency.
- Communicate HSE projects, dreams, and overall performance updates to all stakeholders.
Compliance & Record-Keeping
- Maintain correct health and safety records, making sure adherence to employer rules and legal necessities.
- Stay up to date with HSE policies and implement vital modifications to preserve compliance.
Qualifications & Skills
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s diploma/Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a associated area.
- Relevant HSE certifications (e.G., NEBOSH, IOSH, HACCP for meals safety).
Experience & Skills
- Minimum 1 12 months of enjoy in an HSE role in the Hospitality industry or a associated area.
- Certified auditor with knowledge in audit techniques and compliance exams.
- Strong written and verbal communique skills to effectively deliver HSE requirements to a diverse audience.
- High attention to element to perceive ability dangers and put into effect safety standards.
- Proficiency in HSE software, Microsoft Office, and statistics analysis gear.
- Strong team player with the potential to collaborate throughout departments to attain shared HSE objectives.
