Key Responsibilities:

  1. Safety Culture Leadership:
  • Lead the making plans, execution, and tracking of agency-wide safety lifestyle enhancement tasks.
  • Develop strategies to embed a robust safety way of life throughout all degrees of the organization.
  1. EHS Digitization:
  • Spearhead the digitization of Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) methods in collaboration with Gensuite and Power BI groups to streamline data control and reporting.
  1. EHS Campaigns & Engagement Programs:
  • Design and execute comprehensive EHS campaigns and engagement programs aimed toward fostering a proactive protection subculture throughout the organization.
  1. Committee Participation:
  • Act as a member or convenor of numerous company and safety committees to ensure constant implementation of protection standards across all business gadgets.
  1. Coordination with BU Teams:
  • Collaborate with Business Unit HSE, Project, and Asset groups to become aware of gaps and pressure enhancements in EHS structures, rules, and techniques.
  1. Sustainability Support:
  • Provide EHS-related insights and aid to develop the organisation’s sustainability objectives.
  1. Internal Audits:
  • Conduct inner EHS audits at operational websites to make sure compliance with organizational and regulatory necessities.
  1. Training & Development:
  • Deliver training programs targeted on ReNew-unique HSE standards and procedures to construct organizational capability.
  1. Performance Analysis:
  • Analyze HSE overall performance metrics to identify developments and advise moves for continuous improvement.
  1. Integrated Management System Coordination:
  • Oversee the centralized implementation of Integrated Management Systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) throughout the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s diploma (B.Tech/M.Tech) in Health, Safety, Environment (HSE) and Fire.
