What You’ll Be Doing
As a central member of this role you will direct best practices for health safety and environmental compliance in operational procedures to meet both regulatory and enterprise requirements. Your work will create a safety-centered environment throughout operations as your duties consist of:
- You will deliver immediate assistance to the Senior UK HSE Manager.
- The essential task involves reporting HSE data and KPIs correctly and maintaining their timely delivery.
- The implementation of ISO 45001/14001/50001 management systems requires your assistance to develop these systems for achievement targets.
- The responsibility of instructor exists to deliver different training courses about health and safety to colleagues.
- The role includes assisting management throughout visits conducted by Local Authorities together with Health and Safety Executive and Environment Agency and additional external agencies.
- In addition to evidence pack preparation the team member provides assistance for liability claims.
- The position holder must perform additional duties when those tasks fall within their capability boundaries.
What You’ll Bring To The Team
This role seeks an individual who solves problems actively and brings a strong background in excellent HSE performance delivery. For success in this role you should have:
- The candidate holds Level 6 diploma qualifications in Health and Safety.
- Excellent communication abilities allow this person to work with colleagues at every level and provide guidance to the HSE advisory team members.
- The candidate should have ability to educate workers as well as help senior staff members through training and coaching for professional development.
- Your background should include extensive knowledge about Health, Safety and Environmental concerns together with a commitment to build ongoing HSE performance improvements.
- A leader with teamwork values preceding all other abilities.
Proven organisational transformation skills. - The applicant brings experience in continuous improvement fields alongside management systems development and audit execution and KPI production activities.
- The candidate brings experience to conduct risk assessments across all aspects of Health Safety and Environmental fields.
