Reporting to the Trust Senior Health and Safety Adviser, you’ll be part of a supportive team committed to fostering a culture of safety and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Health and Safety Team in delivering high standards of workplace safety across the Trust.
- Provide specialist advice on implementing Trust Health and Safety Policies.
- Oversee and maintain risk assessment processes, including training facilitation for staff at all levels.
- Support incident investigations using Root Cause Analysis methodologies.
- Collaborate across professional boundaries to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualifications: NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Proven background in health and safety, including advising on legislative compliance.
- Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with diverse teams and organizations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Knowledge:
- Comprehensive understanding of health and safety legislation.
- Familiarity with Health and Safety Management Systems and audit processes.
