Key Job Responsibilities

As a Workplace Health & Safety Intern, your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the organization of processes for new operational launches.
  • Assisting Safety New Build Managers and Engineers in implementing safety measures and operations excellence.
  • Participating in planned inspections of facilities and equipment to ensure accident prevention.
  • Conducting and updating Risk Assessments and Job Hazard Analyses.
  • Analyzing accident data and developing prevention strategies.
  • Investigating workplace accidents and preparing reports to incorporate preventive measures into safety programs.
  • Contributing to the development of safety procedures and delivering training programs tailored for Managers and Associates.
  • Relocating to the designated work location if necessary.

Basic Qualifications

  • Currently in your penultimate or final year, pursuing a degree in Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Eligible for a full-time internship lasting 3-6 months.
  • Proficient in English and the local language of the country you’re applying for (C1 level).
  • Strong analytical skills, preferably with advanced Excel proficiency (e.g., macros, pivot tables, complex formulas).

  • Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills to identify process improvements.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Proactive, curious, and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
